The Challenge

TRUE Community Credit Union, a long-standing financial institution serving members across southern Michigan, had expanded its footprint through several strategic acquisitions. As the newly acquired branches were integrated into their network, each location carried signage that reflected its previous identity rather than the TRUE Community brand. With branches spread across multiple counties each presenting unique architectural styles, zoning requirements, and site conditions; the credit union needed all locations to reflect their updated brand and provide members with a consistent visual experience. Having partnered with TRUE Community Credit Union prior to these acquisitions, we were a trusted resource to manage the large-scale signage transition and support their expanding footprint.
