The Challenge
When Community Financial Credit Union announced its transition to Orsa Credit Union in January 2026, it marked an exciting new chapter for the organization. Having worked with Community Financial Credit Union for years, Johnson Sign Co. was proud to help carry that relationship into the rebrand.
Our team helped update 13 existing branches while also providing signage for two brand-new locations, making sure the new Orsa identity was reflected consistently across Michigan.
Rebranding multiple locations takes a lot more than swapping out logos. Every sign needs to be updated, every location needs to stay consistent, and the work has to be carefully planned to keep disruptions to a minimum.
For Orsa, that meant updating signage at 13 existing branches while also completing signage for a new branch in Novi and the new Orsa Hub, a partnership between Orsa Credit Union and Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. With everything from exterior signs to interior branding involved, the project required a coordinated approach from start to finish.
The Solution
Johnson Sign Co. partnered with Orsa to manage the fabrication and installation of signage across the entire rollout. From monument signs and exterior building signs to interior wall graphics, vinyl applications, and directional signage, we helped create a consistent brand experience at every location.
Because we’d worked with Community Financial Credit Union before the rebrand, our team already understood their standards and expectations, helping the transition move smoothly. We also completed signage for the new Novi branch and the Orsa Hub, ensuring those spaces felt like a natural extension of the new Orsa brand.
The Result
The finished project gave Orsa Credit Union a fresh, unified look across 15 locations. Whether members visit an existing branch, the new Novi location, or the Orsa Hub, they’re welcomed by a consistent brand experience that reflects the organization’s new identity.
